Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of food we do not offer returns or exchanges We do not give refunds however we offer store credit. Client Cancellations: If the client wishes to cancel their catering order, they must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made by the client are not eligible for a refund. This is because we allocate resources, prepare ingredients, and make arrangements based on the confirmed order. Caterer Cancellations: In the rare event that we, the caterer, need to cancel the catering order for any reason, we will provide a full refund to the client. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to communicate any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
